Subsequent steps to refine this strategy include a feasibility study around the location, talent, cost of living, political stability, ease of doing business and regulatory environment.

Location analysis

It’s important to first identify the location based on the talent pools that are required and the corresponding cost structures. Leasing an office space will also involve decisions around timelines, number of private spaces required, specificity of workspace culture to be incorporated. Technology incorporation into the workspace is key to a productive environment.

Talent solutions

We build the brand kit of the company to attract the right talent.
