Meet Our Team

Shantaram Jonnalagadda
CEO
Shantaram has over 30 years of leadership experience from strategy to execution in leading digital transformations, globalization of software services and products, and building high-end technology products across multiple geographies. He has nurtured and built alliance networks in different roles.
His early experience was with Infosys, where he spent 13+ years primarily with Finacle, a leading digital banking platform powering some of the largest banks in the world. He was the first product manager for Finacle (erstwhile Bancs2000) in 1994. He was the one of the first to take Finacle across different geographies including North and South America, Africa, Middle East, and Asia Pacific. His last role with Infosys was heading Americas for Finacle. He has also anchored strategy for Finacle worldwide, including build vs buy decisions. He has seen scale at Infosys, from a 400 person organization in 1994 to a 90,000+ organization in 2008.
Subsequent to his experience with Infosys, he has worked actively in the entrepreneurial ecosystem with 2 successful exits with 3-4x returns. He has mentored and invested in start-ups in varied capacities to help them accelerate their businesses. His work with start-ups has been across multiple sectors, including online commerce, retail, healthcare, design services and agriculture. He has set up from scratch an 250+ person offshore development center for a UK based digital identity company, kick-starting their operations in the APAC region.
He is a Motorola Scholar from Kellogg School of Management.He has travelled to more than 50 countries.
