Job Description:

Create compelling digital market collaterals.
Design cutting edge creatives that cater to a number of business needs.
Develop visually appealing graphic layouts, page designs, assets and screens, GUI designs.
Create interactive PDFs and Flipbooks.
Create original designs(e.g. backgrounds, sketches and infographics)
Ability to visualize and put into practice effective graph.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows etc.
Develop mock-ups and prototypes/wireframes.
Prepare and present rough drafts to the internal teams and key stakeholders.
Ensuring brand consistency throughout various design and marketing projects.
Deliver creative and quality designs for social media posts, GIFs, E-mailers, collaterals and other marketing activities.
Work on images for new creation requests coming from categories within a specified TAT.
Work with Digital Marketing team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
Come up with highly engaging designs with great attention to detail which is in accordance with brand attributes.

Proven work experience as a Graphic or UI Designer or similar role.
Team player, good communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Good time-management skills and respond well to deadlines.
Willing to work flexible hours.
Knowledge of Accessibility features and guidelines.
Good time-management skills.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Expert level knowledge of animation softwares such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Up-to-date knowledge of other softwares such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe XD.
