Purpose of the job:

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning and deep learning models, data modelling, and designing algorithms. Your expertise in machine learning and deep learning, and computer vision will be essential in driving innovative solutions for our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI/ML solutions that address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models using state of the art algorithms and techniques.
Conduct data modelling and analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights for building predictive models.
Perform feature engineering to extract relevant features from complex data sets and improve model performance.
Evaluate and optimize machine learning models using appropriate evaluation metrics and validation techniques.
Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and contribute to the improvement of existing models and processes.
Work on computer vision algorithms, image processing, and object detection to develop intelligent visual recognition systems.
Implement and train neural networks using deep learning frameworks such as TenorFlow and PyTorch.
Research and develop reinforcement learning algorithms for optimizing decision-making processes.
Apply Markov decision processes and other relevant techniques to model and solve complex sequential decision problems.

Competencies Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. A master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modelling concepts.
Proficiency in implementing and fine-tuning machine learning algorithms and feature engineering techniques.
Experience with popular deep learning frameworks, such as TensoFlow and PyTorch.
Strong computer vision algorithms, image processing, and object detection knowledge.
Familiarity with reinforcement learning algorithms, Markov decision processes, and sequential decision-making problems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new concepts quickly.
Experience in developing AI/ML solutions for real-works applications.
Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks and cloud platforms for scalable AI/ML deployments.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
Experience in deploying AI/ML models on edge devices or loT platforms.

Experience:

Experience of 4-6 years in AI-ML Engineer.
